Donna L. Snow

Ms. Snow’s practice focuses on estate planning.  She offers sophisticated tax, multi-generational trusts and business succession planning for family estates with more than $5 million in business and real estate assets. 

Her experience involves the representation of executors, trustees and beneficiaries in connection with the preparation of court documents and tax returns.  She also represents executors and trustees in administration of estates and trusts including probate litigation.

Ms. Snow is often asked to handle family law issues in relation to wealth planning and preparing premarital agreements.  She also has experience creating limited liability companies, limited partnerships and other entity formation for companies and nonprofit organizations.
