Mr. Holley’s practice focuses on the litigation of business disputes, including matters involving commercial law, real property, unfair competition, intellectual property, trade secret misappropriation, and appellate advocacy. Mr. Holley was formerly at Piper Rudnick LLP (prior to its merger into DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary) where he practiced business and intellectual property litigation and was part of a team that managed and litigated software piracy actions in federal and state courts throughout the United States.
Mr. Holley received his bachelor’s degree from Williams College in 1991. Mr. Holley received his law degree, magna cum laude, in 1997 from the Pepperdine University School of Law, where he was Associate Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review. During his legal studies, Mr. Holley received the American Jurisprudence Award in Commercial Law and received the CALI Award in both International Arbitration and International Public Law. Mr. Holley studied international law at Pepperdine University’s campus in London, England, where he won the Fall 1996 Moot Court.
Mr. Holley is admitted to the state bar of California, and is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Southern, Central and Northern Districts of California.
Mr. Holley is a member of the Orange County Bar Association.
