Estate planning is the primary focus of my practice. Estate planning services range from drafting basic living trusts to sophisticated planning and transactions for high net worth individuals. My practice also includes estate administration.

My practice includes entity formation, corporate and business transactions, as well as advising clients on a variety of matters related to their family business.

My estate practice routinely involves transfers of real property including structures to ensure continuity of asset management and to optimize the the property tax consequences of real estate transfers.

I was a practicing CPA prior to practicing law. I advise clients on a wide range of tax planning issues involving income taxes, estate and gift taxes, state taxes, and property taxes.
