If i had the option to put 0 stars. I would. This is the most dishonest, unprofessional and incapable lawyer i have ever encountered. I have started my employment based green card process which takes a long time. and this lawyer has cost me more than 8 months and i have to start the process all over... with a new lawyer because of how incapable this lawyer is. Not only did she waste my time. She also has wasted my energy, my patience and my money. Here are a few of her mistakes: - She charged my company $2500 instead of $1500 for the wage determination process as it was agreed on. - For the recruitment process, she has sent me wrong invoices belonging to 2 different clients of hers so she was releasing other people's information. - Before we submitted the wage request, She sent me a job description FULL OF GRAMATICAL ERRORS that I had to correct. - For the recruitment process, She never intended to contact my employer which is illegal for the employment based Green card since legally i should not be involved in the recruitment process. - The PWD came back on February 15, She should have prepared everything ahead of time instead of spending 2 weeks on writing instructions. - She sent us a job description which is 1 page long and that was going to cost my company $7.700 for the newspaper advertising cost. Luckily, my employer consulted a different lawyer and found that 1 page long for a newspaper is outrageous. With all of these mistakes, I stopped working with this lawyer and my company was only able to get a partial refund which is unfair. NEVER WORK WITH THIS LAWYER. You will just jeopardize your future.
