Expunging the charge will not help. However, you are eligible for the petty offense exception if there is no other criminal history.

An H2b visa is not dual intent, so your visa may be denied because the I-130 is pending. You still may be eligible for the visa.

I-130was reaffirmed approve on 20th of june and shipped to nvc on 25th but nvc till now did not freceive it
