I had an ongoing tenant issue at my property where the tenants were not paying rent and using my property for suspected illegal activity. This issue was preventing the sale of my home. Due to the ever changing landlord-tenant laws and the eviction moratoriums in place as a response to COVID 19, I f...elt like there was not going to be a positive outcome to my situation. I regained possession of my home in time to sell it before the bank defaulted on my loan. He gave me very realistic expectations at the outset and along the way. 2) Both Anthony and his staff were extremely responsive. Whether by phone or email, I was confident that if I had a concern that needed addressed, Anthony and his staff would do so in a timely manner. 3) Anthony was easy to talk to. Not all attorneys are. If you don’t feel comfortable communicating with your attorney then you’re both working at a disadvantage. I was referred to Anthony by a friend and am grateful I was able to retain him for my unlawful detainer case.
