Biography
Anish Banker is a partner of Palmieri Tyler, and concentrates his practice in eminent domain, commercial, business, real estate, employment and construction litigation. Mr. Banker’s experience includes, but is not limited to, representing private property owners and public agencies in eminent domain proceedings; various business, breach of contract, and fiduciary duty disputes, including partnership dissolution, derivative shareholder actions, and minority shareholder disputes; and a wide array of real estate litigation, including landlord-tenant disputes. Mr. Banker’s experience also includes employment matters concerning discrimination, retaliation, wrongful termination, and wage and hour claims.
Mr. Banker’s experience further includes all aspects of presenting and defending various claims concerning private and public (state and federal Miller Act claims) works construction disputes, mechanic’s lien law, and environmental law (CEQA claims).
Mr. Banker was named as a Rising Star in Eminent Domain for 2012 and 2013 in Law & Politics magazine's Southern California Super Lawyers - Rising Stars.
