Complain Xin Tian, an employee of American Education and Translation Services (AET) at 19800 MacArthur Blvd, Irvine, CA 92612. He is under review for unauthorized practice of family law (UPL) in California. However, he actively provided fee-based legal services without posting/disclosing a certificate / license for Family Law in California. He failed to meet the Ethical Standards. The California State Bar emphasizes that attorneys must maintain transparency in their business practices, including address & practice representation. Xin Tian is actively providing legal services without maintaining transparency in his business practices, including address & practice representation, and without showing a certificate / license for Family Law California. a) Xin Tian failed to maintain transparency, failed to show or disclose any his business practices, Family Law Certifications in California, whether or not and where and when he obtained the certification in family law from the Board of Legal Specialization. He failed to disclose to public regarding his Family Law Certifications in all his web-postings. He failed to show or demonstrate his Family Law Certification, training, qualifications and his expertise in practicing Family Law. b) In fact, he was even very unfamiliar the Court's procedures. He got multiple courting filings rejected by the Court (Lamoreaux Justice Center, Orange county) in mid August, due to multiple violations of court procedures. His failure rates in a recent period were up to 70% or so. But he still charges expensive fees depriving a large amount of money of my daughter who needs for living. c) He illegally participated contempt the Court order at Lamoreaux Justice Center, Orange county, CA, CONTEMPT of Court ordered dissolution Judgment and Parenting Plan for Reunification. He misled a recent litigation conducting CONTEMPT of Court ordered Judgment and Parenting Plan for Reunification even after the Court issued a stipulation judgment over 360 days. d) Xin Tian even made terrible slanders at the court and attempt obtaining Ex Parte TRO/RO on June 17, and Sept 19, 2026 or so, to hurt the minor child and Father. He, during the mid night time of August 18, 2026, brutally harassed, abused and harmed, multiples times, a patient in hospital under severe medical conditions who is over 65 years old. His terrible misconducts must be reviewed, investigated and stopped!
