Mr. Vic Lin has been providing legal services to assist my company in patent applicaitons and IP related tasks over a decade. In many cases, his assistance is particularly important to help us enhance our applicaitons with much more effective and compelling presentations that resulted in successful ...patent issuances. In one specific case, the assigned examiner of USPTO made some objections that did not seem to be applicable to our application, Mr. Lin coordinated a conference call with the examiner and clearly explained our arguments, and eventually convinced the examiner that our application was indeed patentable. In another case, after reviewing our original draf, he recommended to significantly increas the number of claims in the application. Those additional cliams were all accedpted by the examiner. Mr. Lin has demonstrated outstanding expertise in IP laws and especially his familiarity with the leagal procedures to handle complicated cases.
