Thomas Patrick Giordano

When I enrolled with the law office of Thomas P. Giordano for a loan modification, I was expected to pay the fees up front before any negotians with the mortgage company woud begin. My first installment was $1450.00 on June 11, 2009 and another $1450.00 was wired to the bank account of Thomas P. Gio...rdano. To this day, I have not been successful in getting an update on the loan modification. The receptionist is rude and transfers me to Kevin, Monica, and Larena's voice mail only to find the voice mail is full and I am unable to leave a message. I have sent numerous faxes and have left messages with the rude receptionist to have someone call me. I was initially told that the loan modification would be completed within three months. I don't mind waiting four months and maybe even five months. However, I do not know what if any, work has been done with my loan modification. I did not pay my property taxes so that I can pay for the loan modification and now I am delinquent on the property taxes. I have sent faxes informing the law office of Thomas P. Giordano loan modification staff that I must speak with someone and finalize the loan modification.
