Tawnya Ray Wojciechowski

Ms. Wojciechowski has 2 decades of experience in a broad array of intellectual property, customs and internet matters, primarily including domestic and international representation in trademark prosecution and advising clients on counterfeiting, internet and licensing agreements, domain name disputes, import and export issues, and grey market products. Her practice also includes client counseling, licensing and other intellectual property transactions and contract negotiations.

Member of the International Trademark Association (INTA) 1992-present, INTA Committee on Trademark Trial and Appeal Board, 2007-present; INTA Information Resources Committee member 2004 to 2007; INTA 2000-2003 Operations Committee Member, Orange County Bar Association,  American Intellectual Property Law Association, 1998-2003- Chairperson of Orange County Patent Law Association - Trademark Practice Committee, the American Bar Association, Federal Bar Association, and the State Bar of California.

Ms. Wojciechowski is a member of the California Bar, and is admitted before the Supreme Court of California, all California Courts and the Central and Southern U.S. District Courts.  At Southwestern University, she was a published article author to the Law Review, and was on the Dean’s List each year of law school.  She also won the American Jurisprudence and Exceptional Achievement Awards in each of the following areas: Legal Research and Writing, Copyright Law, Advanced Copyright Seminar, and Alternative Dispute Resolution
