Mr. Silva represented my boyfriend in a rape case. He initially got his bail lowered so we were able to bail him out. Then, after some investigation, he was able to convince the DA to dismiss the whole case against him. My boyfriend was looking at 8 yrs in prison, two strkes and a lifetime of sex... registration, but now hes home cuz all the charges were dismissed. Mr silva is an excelent lawyer. Everything he told us about the process came true and i would hire him again or refer to anyone.

I paid this attorney a retainer fee. On my husbands courtdate he never showed up. I tried contacting him and he advised me that my husbands case was already called once he got there...This is because my husband covered fr him and made his plea alone. Upon contact with this attorney he never returned ...my phone calls and failed to discuss the case, I set up payment arrangements with him--becasue he never showed up for the first court dte i was not going to continue making payments until he appeared or made contact with us. Tomorrow is my husbands court date and I got an email asking for payment telling me I was late...actually this was a text message. Upon trying to call him he justkept asking for the money and implied if I did not have it in cash the day of court that he was off the case...I never said that I would not pay him and let him know my concerns...becuase of this and the text messages, and inappropriateness I asked if he wanted to return the initial retainer (since he never appeared in court) his answer was" I am not refunding anything" and I am off the case...Never in my life have I ever been treated or talked to in this manner as an attorney he really took the trust that I had in him for my husband and now we are stuck going to court tomorrow to have to explain this to the judge. He is a money hungry mean person...how after this could you trust him to represent you.
