a. The County Department worked with Pavneet’s firm on an age discrimination and political speech violation lawsuit. I worked closely with Pavneet when he was gearing up to file a motion for summary judgment in this case. There were a lot of moving parts for the motion, a lot of declarations, and sev...eral causes of action. Pavneet did a great job on the motion and we are extremely satisfied with the result. All causes of action were dismissed with prejudice, which has become increasingly rare for employment cases in California state courts!

I retained Mac's firm's services to defend my business against a frivolous lawsuit one of my former employees filed for unpaid overtime and failure to provide meal and rest breaks. Not only was Mac incredibly quick to respond to my questions and concerns, but he was able to get the case dismissed AND... recover attorney's fees for me! I cannot believe that Mac is such a young attorney. He did a great job of explaining the legal aspects of the case in such simple terms - something that many experienced attorneys I retained in the past have been unable to do.
