A week or less with good behavior. Realistically, less than a weekend. Probably book and release (one day).

Likely 52 weeks minus 50% = 26 weeks &.no probation. I would reconsider tolerating the classes, as bad as they can be.

Probably within 10 days of the issuance of the decision, unless you hit the lotto or find financial help to hire a lawyer before the hearing.
