Diversion is not a conviction and will not generate a revocation/disqualification. Get a lawyer and make sure it gets dismissed in traffic court....

Extremely unlikely. You want a pretrial diversion. Get a lawyer. It's worth keeping the moral turpitude offense off your record.

You can get the early reinstatement only if there were no drugs involved and you were not still on probation from the first DUI.
