The suspension is set aside upon the "acquittal" of the VC 23152(b) count. This means you do not have to file SR22 unless there is another reason...

Haven't heard of an exception. The feds have caused the states to keep this locked down tight. Same as the 0.08% legislation and new 0.05% lobbying.
