Some jail and then back into the revolving DUI court doors until you complete the program or get permanently terminated and serve the same jail...

Not if it wasn't granted in court. To get traffic school now, you need a lawyer and/or lots of effort.

Vehicle Code and court budget. This requires at least three hours of explanation to a lawyer, let alone an untrained mind.
