Absolutely Horrible Attorney
Mark took my case and for 2 years he gave me every excuse in the world about his delay after delay. My case is now in federal court and being dismissed due to non-response on my attorneys part. I had another attorney look him up and he is not eligible to practice law as of July 2, 2013.

Don't use this attorney
This is the worst attorney I have used. He does not return phone calls or emails or keep you posted on what is happening. In one year he only called me about 5 times, and that was only after I made repeated calls and emails to him.
