The best! Extremely knowledgeable, highly skilled and trustworthy

It gives me great pleasure to write about Mr. David A. Stein, an outstanding attorney, who defended me from an unjust accusation in a civil case. I was in a very anxious state of mind but my first conversation with him about my case gave me the assurance that I had found the best attorney and it alle...viated the stress. His detailed discussions with me about the case and the legal process helped me understand and prepare for my case better. He was very supportive, quick to respond to all my questions and in great detail. Mr. Stein is extremely knowledgeable, communicative and deeply passionate about his cases. In the court he was highly skilled, a great speaker, attentive to every detail and he fought for me strongly. He proved his expertise with the success of my case. He will fight til the very end

About a year ago I found myself in one of the most challenging times of my life, I had a temporary R.O filed against me containing dozens of false accusations. I interviewed several attorneys and most of them seemed very brusque as if they were answering my questions just to answer them, fortunately ...I was referred to David by another well known criminal defense attorney. While speaking to David, he seemed to be very immersed in my case and keen to every detail, he asked all the right questions and was able to elaborate on every single question I had no matter how absurd sounding I felt the question might have been, after speaking to him I felt a sense of relief and knew this was going to be my attorney. From the start to finish, he had always been communicative no matter what time of the day it was. He represented me for two cases, and worked diligently on both- which resulted in one of the cases being ultimately thrown out by the DA. As for the other case, he fought relentlessly for almost a year because we tackled every single accusation made by the other party, if it was any other attorney they probably would have tried to push to settle or give up- he made this case a nightmare for the other party, to say the least. I was not only impressed by the strategy he used that is different than most attorneys, but also his high emotional intelligence which made me feel like he viewed this case as if it were happening to himself or a family member. I will forever be grateful for everything he has done during one of the most challenging times of my life, and if I ever need a defense attorney again or if someone I know needs one, he will be the one I go to without hesitation.

Great Attorney!

I am very fortunate to have been represented by Attorney David Stein. I was dealing with a situation that I've never experienced before and was feeling highly anxious as a result. It was all so foreign to me. However, after my first conversation with David, I quickly felt at ease. David Stein’s compassion, honesty, and knowledge truly set him apart from the rest.
