I have been an attorney for over 11 years. I concentrate my practice in civil litigation and bankruptcy. I have experience in contract disputes, fraud and other business torts, real estate disputes, and a variety of other business related issues in both state and federal courts. Also, I have experience in prosecuting and defending actions seeking damages, extraordinary relief, injunctive relief, declaratory relief, appointment of receivers, deficiency judgments and other remedies.
In addition, I practice in business and individual Chapter 7, 11, and 13 bankruptcies, including issues involving use of cash collateral, 341(a) hearings, and plan confirmation.
When I'm not in the office, I spend my time with my lovely wife and two beautiful kids. I also try to remain active by playing basketball, running around after my kids, and hiking.
