Mr. Kazemi was retained by my senior mother in order to assist her with a family matter, he knowingly entered into the agreement with full knowledge that her particular situation was well beyond the scope of his expertise. His father who was alive at the time told my mom that they were unable to assi...st her with her particular issue, yet Michael Kazemi reassured her that he could. He asked my mother to provide documents including having documents translated at her expense and still charged her for it he made her drive to the translator service which my mom found herself. After about a year of doing nothing on her case, we accomplished more then he did, he took of with her money. The only time he would communicate was when he would call and ask her for more money. When we stepped in to resolve the issue with hi, he commented that he was broke and even had to borrow money to bury his father. He had the nerve to say my mom still owed him $800, what arrogance, my response to him was good luck trying to collect. As a result he turned my mother's life into turmoil, $2,700 may not be a lot of money for him but it is for a senior citizen on social security. This man is nothing more then a predator who preys on the elderly and then tries to play the victim if something goes wrong. I wouldn't trust him to represent me on a jay walking ticket, I believe he attended law school and became an attorney to swindle the elderly. If this review seems harsh, it is nothing as to what happened to my mother's life as a result of his actions. I wouldn't trust this man for anything, the only time he tells the truth is when his lips are moving.
