I have written numerous patent applications in technology areas ranging from simple to complex mechanical patents and method patents. I have advised numerous clients in cost effectively protecting their ideas.
My technical education was obtained at Cal Poly Pomona and on the job at ACL Technologies, Avibank Manufacturing and United Paper Box. I am familiar with automated machinery, printing equipment, die cutting equipment, fasteners, aerospace test equipment, engines, etc.
My legal training was conducted at Loyola Law School, Los Angeles. While in law school, I gained practical experience at Stetina Brunda Garred and Brucker where I am currently a partner.

Patent consult
James was very honest and blunt with the content of our meeting. His engineering background made the topic easy to convey back and forth. His main concern was to ensure I spent my money well. He was not Just looking for a quick profit.
