John Thomas Hranek

From 2000 to 2003 our family employed Mr. Hranek in order to set up a Living Trust, Last Will, Power of Attorney and Health Care Directive for our 90 year old mother. $30,000 later in legal fees, we have been advised, by other attorneys, of multiple errors in everything he provided us. We don't ev...en have a valid Power of Attorney that I can use to file my mother's income taxes. In early 2014 Mr Hranek closed his office in Sun City and literally disappeared. I left multiple voice messages but never got a return call. I just discovered he has opened an office in Placentia, Ca. Be forewarned.
