Richard Mata,
On 2010 we meet with Vanessa at your firm to discuss the possibilities that were available to get our current loan remoditfied. After listening to all the programs that Vanessa told us were available we decided to sign a contract with your firm. At that time we also left at your off...ice 3 predated checks totaling $2,000. This fee we were told was to handle all communication between your firm and our bank, and to find the best possible way for us to save our home from foreclosure.
At that time we left with Vanessa all our current financials and we were told that it would take approximately 10 days to get in touch with the bank and figure out exactly what could be done for us. We did receive a letter from our bank telling us that they had been in communication with your firm. After not hearing from Vanessa for several weeks I called your firm and left several message for her and finally after two weeks the receptionist informed me Vanessa no longer worked for your firm.
I then left a message for the Office Manager to call me. Several days later I finally received a call from Jessica. She told me that she would be handling our account. She also said she would be faxing over the Homes Affordable Loan paper work, plus a list of other information she needed from us. These things had been given to Vanessa on at our original meeting, and I was concerned that they were needed again. I filled out the forms and the other items required by Jessica that same day and faxed them over.
In the weeks that followed we received information from our bank showing that we had been approved for a loan remodification. The remodification showed only a two hundred dollar amount monthly difference between the new loan and the what was offered. I immediately called your firm and left several messages for Jessica to call me back. Finally three days later she called to tell me that loan modifications were not allowed for FHA loans (which we had).At this point I was informed by Jessica I should be happy with what was offered. At this point I became very concerned and made a call myself and learned that modications are made on FHA loans. I also learned at that time the reason the modification loan difference was so small was due to the bank not having the correct paper work. How do you suppose that happened? I would guess that paper work was probably never sent, but I will leave that up to you to figure out.
I spoke with Jessica and explained to her what I had found out and asked to fax over to the bank the correct financials so they could make a correct loan modification based on the correct financials. I will also say that at this point did no one in your office ever offer a apology for all the mistakes or for the poor service I paid for. I began calling Jessica once to twice a week to see if there had been any update with my account. I always left my name and number with the receptionist (who also was rude, I'm sure only because I became so frustrated when no one called back). That really is no reason for no call backs or for anyone on your staff to treat me with such disrespect. I guess once my three checks were cleared and paid my needs were no longer of importance. Shame, Shame , Shame!
The week before Christmas I still had not heard back from Jessica so I contacted the bank myself. They once again had not recieved my monthly financials, hard ship letter etc. I phoned Jessica and told her exactly what the bank needed faxed them to her that was the 20th of December. I never heard from Jessica again. I called and left several messages on the 23rd the 27th for Jessica. I then called everyday from the 27th to the 31st. I also contacted the bank daily to see if they had received any information from your firm. I was informed by the new person, who was handling my account that the paper work would be sent to the bank. The information the bank was requesting has been faxed over to them by me, not your office or any represe
