Robert Bryce Rosenstein

Robert B. Rosenstein is the president and a founder of  The Law Offices of Rosenstein & Associates.  He has been licensed in the State of California since 1979, and is also licensed to practice law before the United States District Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Bankruptcy Courts (Central, Northern and Southern Districts), the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, and the United States Tax Court.  Mr. Rosenstein is a member of the American Bar Association, Southwest Riverside County Bar Association, and the Riverside County Bar Association. He received his undergraduate education at California State University Northridge, graduating in 1976 and received his legal education from Southwestern University School of Law, graduating in 1979.  From February, 2004 through May, 2015, Mr. Rosenstein was the Managing Party of the Law Offices of Rosenstein & Hitzeman, AAPLC.

Mr. Rosenstein is an experienced business attorney and over the years has assisted clients in the management, growth and reorganization of their businesses. Mr. Rosenstein has developed an expertise in working with clients to assist them in forming and growing their businesses.  The legal assistance that he provides to the clients of Rosenstein & Associates includes legal services relating to business formations; drafting of contracts; negotiating leases, the filing for trademarks and copyrights; and resolving tax problems including audits and tax litigation.  Mr. Rosenstein has been lead counsel in working with various clients in order to reorganize their business, both within and outside of Chapter 11; the work he has performed has saved clients in excess of a combined amount of over twenty million dollars through drafting and implementation of reorganization or liquidation plans.   Robert B. Rosenstein is also an experienced litigator handling business and transactional disputes.

Mr. Rosenstein has served on several committees of the American Bar Association, including the Committees of Taxation, Sole Practice and Corporations.  Mr. Rosenstein served as the Vice Chairman of the Small and Emerging Business section of the American Bar Association.  Over the years, Mr. Rosenstein has been a member of the Small Business, Corporations, Environmental Law and Taxation sections of the California State Bar.

As an accomplished lawyer, Mr. Rosenstein helped prepare the outline and reviewed the first edition of the American Bar Association’s book for business titled The American Bar Association Legal Guide for Small Business.  Mr. Rosenstein is currently a member of the American Bar Association Advisory Panel, which provides advice and insight to the American Bar Association pertaining to various legal and professional matters concerning the practice of law throughout the United States.

Mr. Rosenstein is active in the business community and he currently is a member of the Board of Directors of the Temecula Valley Chamber of Commerce, a member of the Board of Directors of Temple Beth Sholom, where he serves as the Treasurer, a Board Member of the Temecula Theater Foundation, a member of the Advisory Board of the Assistance League and a member of the Dean’s Advisory Counsel for California State University, San Marcos.

Being a husband and father of five, Mr. Rosenstein knows the value of hard work and dedication.  The goal of practicing law in a firm based upon ethics and professionalism is a key principle upon which Rosenstein & Associates was founded.
