Kelly Ann Bennett

Kelly has been practicing law since 1991, after graduating with her husband and law partner Greg, from Pepperdine University School of Law in Malibu, California. With 21+ years of trial and professional mediation experience, Kelly spends her time representing individuals in family law cases, and mediating divorce, real estate, business and employment disputes.

Kelly is a natural born leader, and it shows through her contributions to both the legal and local communities. She has served as a two-time president of the Southwest Riverside County Bar Association, and was the first woman elected to the Murrieta City Council. Elected in 2006, Kelly's local government service includes serving as Mayor in 2010, and as Chair and Vice Chair for the Western Riverside Council of Governments, among other corporate and non-profit boards. It's not uncommon for Kelly to travel to Washington, D.C. from time to time, representing community and regional interests and meeting with Congressional representatives to gain their support. In the local community, Kelly is proud to have established the Southwest Valley Youth Court (serving Murrieta and Temecula at-risk youth), as well as the Produce for People community garden project, which provides hundreds of tons of fresh produce to area food banks to feed families in need.

Did we also mention Kelly's speaking engagements? A popular speaker and teacher on marriage, conflict resolution and leadership, Kelly is routinely engaged to present at various organizations, government groups and churches.

A native Californian, in her free time Kelly can be found surfing the waters of California and Hawaii with her husband, and playing mentor/cheerleader to her two college-student daughters.
