Former client

If you are looking for an attorney to defend your DUI, keep looking. I don't think he knows the system very well. On one occasion he gave me bad advice which cost me extra DMV fees and unnecessary time off work. On another occasion, I chose a clerk's advice over his advice and it saved me time and m...oney. The only thing he really did for me was appear in court on my behalf but nothing more. And, he even ended up causing me harm in extra fees and time. Going through the system is hard and frustrating enough without having it aggravated by your attorney giving you bad advice. It cost $1000 for his retainer for, maybe, an hour's worth of work, that's a pretty expensive attorney. He did nothing more for me. I sent him three emails during my whole case and on one email, it took three days for him to respond and on another one, he never responded at all, even after several requests. Not responding to a client's request for information is unprofessional. A DUI defense must be too small of a case for him to work on or he decided he didn't like me and did the absolute minimum work. Either way, I would not recommend him.

Dear Anonymous, I've handled over 400 DUI cases the past 20 years and I'd be happy to hear what the "bad advice" was that I gave you. I also have a policy to respond to every client inquiry within 24 hours. While it's true that I am extremely experienced and handle a wide variety of complex and serious criminal cases, I take every case seriously, including 1st time DUI's, and I strive to give every client and their case the attention they deserve. I am confident that is what occurred in your case.

Charles M. Kish - You can depend on him

Chuck represented me in a criminal case in 2004. He charges a reasonable retainer and works hard for that money. Attorney Kish is very knowledgeable, he returns your call promptly, he keeps you informed, he has your best interests at heart rather than the court's or other clients he's trying to get d...eals for. They do not matter, only YOU do when it comes to plea bargaining or advocating on your behalf. Last time I was in custody I had no money at all and as I was sitting there, in blues, waiting for my public pretender, Chuck walked in. I thought, "Oh YEAH, my husband hired Chuck for me, everything will be OK!" But, that was wishful thinking, my husband had no money at all and had exhausted all of our financial resources so he just couldn't hire a private attorney. I was so bummed. If I had hired Chuck Kish I WOULDN'T have gotten a felony strike 5 yr joint suspension for not cooperating with loss prevention! Call Chuck today, don't jeopardize your future or your criminal record with a public pretender, I mean, defender.

DUI

Mr. Kish handled my case better than I could have hoped. I liked that when you call the office - you can talk to him and not an associate. He said he was well versed with the Temecula court house and you could tell the people there knew him. I think it made a big difference than getting a cheaper ...out of town attorney.

Honest, Real, Hard Working Man................

Mr. Kish was the first lawyer that listened to what I wanted and did'nt blow smoke. He educated me on the facts and communicated with me every step of the way. He helped me out of jam and got me a second chance when I hit rock bottom and needed someone to do so. I was surprised on how real he was bec...ause most lawyers don't look at you as a human being but more as a NUMBER. I am happy I went with my gut and did'nt go with the fancy talking lawyers that promise TOO much. Thank you Chuck for being there for me when you said you would. Good luck with your practice and keep fighting for us little people who do stupid mistakes.
