Biography
Edward J. Zorn has over 20 years of experience in real estate, as a litigation attorney, transactional practitioner and has been a mediator since 2002. As the managing broker for a real estate brokerage firm and the owner of a real estate investment company, Ed brings practical transactional knowledge as well as court room experience into his legal analysis.
He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), the highest designation in the commercial real estate field. Ed has served as the Managing Broker and In-House Counsel for Colwell Banker Commercial-Sudweeks Group, and is the Designated Broker for Twin Cities Realty. Having actual Broker experience enhances Ed's representation of Brokers and Agents, since he has the inside knowledge of the business as an operator.
With numerous cases and matters involving construction, land use, business development, and conflict resolution as a Mediator and Arbitrator, Ed has a diverse range of experience and knowledge to use for the benefits of his clients.

WORST LAWYER EVER!
Mr. Zorn is better off as a realtor than as a lawyer. He didn't have a clue what he was doing in the courts and took out things in my case that were important!
