This lawyer is uninformed. She harasses senior citizens living on a poverty income. I paid in full a bill from her of $187 online on January 3rd, 2013. On Dec. 16th she sends threatening letter of garnishment of my bank account, referral to a collection account filing a lien or against my real or ...personal property, and or seizing my property through sale forced sale. me a letter with no documentation nor dates of my payment. I have documentation of my payment and receipt that it was paid in full from her department. But now she has changed her mind & is charging me more and wants immediate payment. She should not be employed by anyone, especially the state of Colorado.
