Whitney Ruth Ryan

Ms. Ryan is the yardstick by which all other public defenders ought be measured. She was my final court appointed attorney over a 5 year stretch of petty drug offenses. Her efforts, compassion, and genuine concern changed my life. She saw to it that I received high quality residential substance abuse... treatment at the facility of my own choosing, as opposed to the standard "local outpatient/work release" sentence which always results in another probation violation and another trip to county jail.
