this guy got a 3000 retainer fee from me went to ONE court date (not a trial one 15min custody hearing) and when my ex and i came to an agreement instead of going to a long trial he charged me my entire retainer fee and then sent me a bill for "telephonic conferences" for another 2000 and put it on ...my credit.

My case was in major trouble A serious Sinking ship my so called attorney (Margie Brackadge) had 2 sanctions against her in my case she was always late never did what she was suppose to do and lied to me every time we spoke. Then I was referred to Paul Maineri wow what a difference he looked over my... case and told me to come to his office asap that he would move his appoints around for me to get in his office because i was set to go to trial in 22 days witch I had no clue about this nor was I prepared for this. Long story short Paul took over my case where I was getting sued for $120k my old lawyer was telling me we got this the whole time then when she FAILED to turn in my paper work 2 weeks prior to a settlement conference she was telling me to settle for 75k that its a good deal I knew it was time to change Teams. Paul did his Job and some more by investigating the guy suing me and found he a been in a hit and run case he was running from in Los angles so he used this to our advantage and I was able to settle for $7500 to cover some attorney fees Paul is Amazing and would re fur him to anyone who wants to get what you pay for and have justice on your side.
