Gave a $500 deposit to do a Chapter 7. he said it would need to be a 13 unless my income decreased so wait to see if it does for a lower income quarter. A year later it only went up. So i called and said I will just pay them off in lieu of paying you, having a ch 13 and paying 100%. So i said I will ...split my $500 deposit with you since I never even turned in my paper work to you or met 1 other time then our consultation. He said since his we met for an hour and his retainer says if we don't file he gets 1/3 of what the total would've been. I said yes but, you don't have one bit of info outside of my consultation. I never filled anything out nor did i turn in a packet, W2, pay stub nothing. This is a god fearing man and the lord powered this man to do so. Go to someone else.
