Having to deal with my mother's estate problems, I came in with plenty of questions and concerns when it came time to preparing our own estate planning. Atty. Pickford was able to answer every question, every concern and even helped u...s to ease my concern over the problems I was dealing with already pertaining to my mother's estate. When I first contacted his office, the intake process was polite and very professional. I was emailed a packet to review and complete ahead of our appointment. This packet was easy to understand and complete and allowed us to think things through and have some of our questions answered in the process. When we met with Atty. Pickford and Gina for the initial appointment, both were thorough to address our concerns and were very compassionate and understanding because of the challenges I was already facing. They prepared our documents very quickly and professionally. I couldn't have asked for a more professional and complete package prepared. Gina is amazing and kept me informed and even personally dealt with the title transfer of our property quite quickly. AMAZING SERVICE!!!!
