Excellent Attorney
I used Todd for the first time on a matter pertaining to a shady pool contractor. Wow, was he effecient at his job. With just a few phone calls and a few emails, he was able to settle my dispute in a matter of weeks. I received the settlement I was asking for with little effort due to the fact that T...
"I have had the pleasure of knowing and working with Todd for a number of years. I find Todd to be a pleasure to work with. His knowledge of the law and his ability to act quickly to resolve client issues is excellent. I highly recommend Todd and look forward to working with him again in the near future."
"I have worked with Todd on a number of matters, and I have also had the pleasure to become friends with him. Todd is smart, thoughtful, hard-working, and attentive to every necessary detail. He is absolutely my "go-to guy" on landlord/tenant issues, and is exceptionally knowledgeable on most all other aspects of real estate as well. I am happy to recommend Todd without qualification."
"A couple of years ago, Todd and I worked together on an unlawful detainer matter involving a tenant who filed three bankruptcies, forged a notary’s signature on a grant deed purportedly transferring an interest in the property to another individual, and had non-occupants file pre-judgment claims of right to possession, all in an attempt to stall the landlord from taking possession of the property. Todd’s knowledge of landlord/tenant law, his analytical skills, and his input in this case were invaluable and included the drafting and filing of motions for relief from the automatic stay, responding to a demurrer, defeating pre-judgment claims, and obtaining judgment of possession pursuant to a motion for summary judgment. On a personal level, Todd’s advocacy is focused on what is best for his clients. If you have a landlord/tenant issue, give Todd a call."
