Mirta C. Fuguet

I was born in Caracas, Venezuela, where she honed in on my two passions: law and languages. After moving to the United States, I utilized my legal and linguistic skills by working as a Certified Court Interpreter, as a Paralegal for the Public Defender’s Office, as a Deputy District Attorney (prosecutor), and as a Criminal Defense Attorney, accumulating over 20 years of experience in the California courts.

Being immersed in both the Hispanic and American communities and working in the California courts for the last couple of decades, has allowed me to work one-on-one with clients from countless backgrounds and walks of life. I leverage this vast experience to create personalized strategies for each of my clients.
