Laurel Alexandra Buchanan

Laurel Buchanan is a partner at the Law Offices of Laurel A. Buchanan Inc. which focuses on Family Law and Civil matters including Personal Injury, Real Estate Law, and Business Law. The firm also handles Criminal Law and Probate matters in the Inland Empire region.

Ms. Buchanan is a Southern California native who has been active in the legal community for over 10 years. While obtaining a Bachelor's of Science in Business Management, Ms. Buchanan was chosen to intern for local County Counsel in the Temecula area. After interning for County Counsel in Dependency Court, Ms. Buchanan pursued a Juris Doctorate degree. Ms. Buchanan attended California Southern Law School in the evenings while working as a Law Clerk on civil law matters during the day. After graduating first in her class, Ms. Buchanan went on to open her own firm.

Since opening her own firm, Ms. Buchanan then partnered with Attorney Jeffrey Decker to form the successful law firm of Decker and Buchanan. Decker & Buchanan continued to grow and has recently transitioned to the new corporation, The Law Offices of Laurel A. Buchanan Inc. Attorney Jeff Decker still works with the firm and is available to take select cases.

The Law Offices of Laurel A. Buchanan is proud to have also made several new additions to both full time and part time staff and has retained the help of independent contractors as well to ensure that clients have access to the best attorney for their particular case. These additions include attorneys Jeff Gerber, Linda Vose and Julia Weiner. Attorney Jeff Gerber has over 40 years of experience in the practice of law including family law, workers compensation, personal injury and civil litigation. Attorney Jeff Gerber has been working for the firm since 2017, bringing great experience and depth to the firm. Attorney Linda Vose has 24 years of experience in criminal law and countless jury trials under her belt. Ms. Vose assists the firm on criminal matters and domestic violence issues on an as needed basis. Attorney Julia Weiner has 10 years of practice in family law, personal injury, criminal law and complex financial litigation. Ms. Wiener works on family law and civil matters generally with the firm as needed.

Ms. Buchanan is aware of the challenges that individuals face when having to deal with legal problems. Ms. Buchanan and her staff enjoy spending the necessary time to educate clients and assist them in navigating the complex legal system.
