Sorry, but I couldn't really think of anything good to say about this attorney. I have been involved with the family law courts in the past and have personal experience with family law attorneys; none actually worth the money, but this one takes the cake. He was so confident at first and told me what... a good case I had....well, of course. I gave him the case, laid it out and put a bow on it during the consultation, every point of concern including the procedural screw-up on the part of opposing counsel with regard to her motion for a child support order. There was already an order in place and she didn't file to modify it. He missed the SOL to oppose the order and I got stuck with having to accept an outrageous order that haunts me to this day. I produced all my own motions, pleadings, I&E declarations and provided all the discovery to disprove her claim "0 earnings", which was never used. I never heard from the guy, and his staff was less than competent. I didn't receive a statement for almost eight months and when I did it showed I had a negative balance. No one in the office could tell me where my retainer went and the itemized billing was very suspicious in nature; different charges for the same entry on different statements. Then he has the nerve to continue to bill me without moving forward with the case. I wouldn't let this attorney represent my dog!!!!!!

I am a single mother and gave this person $2000 he said he would get child support for me, well guess what? He never showed not only once but twice!! Worst lawyer . Then his office sent me a refund check of $231. for doing nothing at all!!!!!! I am out $2000 and he was a no show at court twice! Would... not recommend! Office staff is not friendly!

Mr. Farquhar and his amazing staff went above and beyond all expectations I had. They were always quick to respond back to emails or phone calls. Mr. Farquhar was on point with every step of my case and I felt as if I was the only client they had. The respect that was given to him in court was amaz...ing and I believe made a huge difference. He is without a doubt, the best lawyer I've ever hired. I highly, highly recommend him to anyone in need of a Father’s Rights Attorney!

My experience with Mr. Kyle Farquhar was great. From the first time I walked in for my initial consultation, I was treated as if he had been working on my case for months. He is very knowledgeable and informative and answered all my questions and addressed each of my concerns. He was up front from th...e beginning and has always been honest with me. Once I hired him, he immediately got the ball rolling which made me feel good because this meant that he cared about my case and was going to do what he needed to do to protect me. Service was wonderful and I had constant communications with him and his staff and I never felt that I was left in the dark or unsure of what was going on with my case. At the court date, Kyle was very prompt and well prepared. I highly recommend Kyle to anyone. He is hard-working, dedicated, tenacious and caring about his clients.
