Kristiana Noelle Erthner

Kristiana Erthner is the newest attorney to join the team at The Grossman Law Firm, APC. Kristiana graduated from San Diego State University in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in Journalism and Political Science. She completed Law School cum laude in the top 15 percent of her class at Thomas Jefferson School of Law in 2014. During her time in law school, Kristiana was a member of Phi Alpha Delta, a national law fraternity, serving on the Community Service Committee, as well as a member of the Law Students for Reproductive Justice organization. A recipient of the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Dean’s Scholarship, Kristiana also received the Jefferson Medal for academic excellence in three different semesters for receiving the highest grade in her Legal Writing I, Legal Writing II and American Civil Rights & Civil Liberties courses.

Kristiana also received another Jefferson Medal as well as a Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic Alumni Scholarship Award for her work at the Thomas Jefferson School of Law Veterans Legal Assistance Clinic, representing homeless and low-income Veterans in dissolution and child support cases. While pursuing her juris doctor, Kristiana focused her energy on gaining hands on work experience. She clocked over 150 hours of pro bono legal assistance while interning at the Madge Bradley Domestic Violence Clinic of the San Diego Volunteer Lawyer Program, a non-profit organization. Taking a particular interest in the contemporary issues impacting civil liberties and civil rights, Kristiana frequently volunteered at the American Civil Liberties Union of San Diego County and interned at two different civil rights and criminal defense litigation firms.

            Since being sworn in as an attorney in June of 2015, Kristiana has worked on several different Trust and Probate Litigation cases at The Grossman Law Firm, drafting legal memoranda, petitions, motions and discovery, conducting legal research, meeting with clients and attending court hearings. Kristiana is excited to assist Attorney Scott Grossman in his practice and truly values the opportunity to serve The Grossman Law Firm’s clients.
