OUTCOME: We were victorious on liability and settled the case soon after the jury came back with the liability verdict.

A car ran a stop sign and hit my client broadside, driving him into the corner where there was an unprotected gas meter and line. The line ruptured and the gas fire that resulted severely burned my cl ... ient. We sued the gas company for the placement and lack of protection of the meter assembly.
