You can change lawyers whenever you wish. Find a new one, and 'fire' the old one... ore vice versa.

If he forged deeds, that would be grounds. You should have addressed this during court proceedings.

You can try writing a TOU contract with attorney feespayable by the loser. As noted, the contract would not obligat a third party.
