Is it unusual for an attorney to put a clause in a contract that you can not get a second opinion on a case from another attny ?

My guess is that he also put in a clause that you waive any future malpractice claim against him.

I think you should petition to have the pers rep removed and a public administrator appointed, unless you want to be it.
