Normally, one must sue where the defendamt resides, or where the contract was signed/performed.

You can fire him at any time, but if he is your 5th attorney, there is something wrong with your case or your relationship with attorneys.
For I-130: Do we submit a letter describing our relationship and pointing out that we dated before divorce agreement was final?
