Yes. It is called "dial the jail". All you have to do is look up the prison/jail phone number, and enter it into the app. Then it will connect...

Let the attorney know that even though you are essentially judgment-proof, you will continue to pay on the balance. Hope that helps.

It sounds like you did the reasonable thing... if your nutty ex-MIL sues you for return of the dog (replevin), be sure to countersue for boarding...
Pit bull off leash in common area. I would not have rented had I known they allowed pits. Can I break lease?

The owner of the pitbull violated LA County leash law. Report him to animal control, and his landlord.

A service dog is allowed anywhere the owner is. You should not have to pay a fine.
