My understanding of "cap" of lawyer fee is that it is the maximum amount a attorney can charge me.

Obviously, you and your lawyer have different ideas of what a "cap" is. Your fee agreement should explain it if your lawyer doesn't.

Generally, a minor can void a contract. Go to tne dealer and ask for your money back and give them the car back. If they won't cooperate, work...

Yep, it looks to me like $35 extra for weekdays. But check with the hotel to be sure.
