Sorry, but no. Once you surrender an animal, they can fix it or euthanize it... and you have no recourse.

Sure. You can sue them for breach of contract and fraud. Not for aggravation though.

I bought an item on Ebay tonight that was a buy it now. I got to the payment screen and Ebay allowed someone else to buy it.

Then ebay should inform the seller that YOU are the buyer, and to complete the transaction. Lawsuit? I think not.

If you agreed no refunds, you are stuck, unless the contract has wording to override it. Small claims in Florida would be possible. Good luck.
