In 2004, l graduated from Loyola Law School and began my legal career working for a commercial litigation law firm under the mentorship of a well recognized Los Angeles SuperAttorney. I was trained as a “paper tiger”, drafting countless motions and discovery on multi-million litigation matters.
In 2006, I opened my first law office and served the greater Southern California community as a consumer trial attorney on behalf of injured individuals and families. I have successfully litigated hundreds of cases and recovered tens of millions of dollars on behalf of the injured.
Notwithstanding my own personal success the partnership failed which caused me to file my own bankruptcy. At the time, the 2008 economic recession was in full force and like many local residents, I lost my home, business and credit. Undeterred, I rebuilt my legal career representing only debtors through thousands of Chapter 7 and 13 bankruptcies and have since become the top bankruptcy attorney in the Inland , I have purchased my own new home, several cars even my own commercial building, all while I have a bankruptcy showing on my public record.
It’s become my life mission to help my clients discharge his client’s debt and help rebuild their credit so they can do the same. Having experienced the redeeming and life-rebuilding benefits of a bankruptcy, I now help others do the same. I’ve rebuilt my life after my discharge and I can help you do the same.

Replied last June 06, 2012Hi Mike. Thank you for the kind words. Bankruptcy is hard enough for many of my clients but coupled with lawsuits it's definitely an even greater challenge. We filed a notice of stay of proceedings with the superior court in your civil lawsuit and upon your discharge the bankruptcy case was closed and the civil lawsuit was dismissed. I'm glad you came to me when you did because you were able to dismiss the lawsuit without any judgment - a far better option than to have a judgment hang over your head.
