Michael Andrej Verska

I was born and raised here in Southern California in a construction contractor family where hard work and long hours put food on the table.  The sweat and struggle was great motivation to succeed.  I graduated with honors from the University of California at Riverside.  Then in law school, I achieved honors in legal research and was awarded best brief in my legal writing course. 

This dedication to hard work, focused analysis, and technical excellence has carried over into my legal practice.  I have taken over 100 depositions including experts, principals, management, personnel, and other witnesses.  My trial experience includes cross-examination of lead witnesses in a complex $32 million business litigation suit.  My office has obtained judgments, settlements, motion awards, and other favorable resolution for clients built upon a foundation of aggressive legal analysis and cost effective strategy.
