Disappointed with Representation – Would Not Recommend I hired attorney Rowland Dinkins for two separate speeding tickets, hoping for strong legal representation and a better outcome than I could achieve on my own. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. For the first ticket, I reta...ined Mr. Dinkins and paid $125. After over a year of court date extensions, the case finally went to trial. The officer was present, and instead of fighting the charge, Mr. Dinkins advised me to accept traffic school and pay a $297 fine. I could have easily gone to court myself, pleaded guilty, and requested traffic school—without paying an attorney fee on top of it. Now I’m left with the cost of the fine, the traffic school, and the attorney fee, with no added value or benefit. I’ve requested a refund, but I haven’t received a resolution yet. To make matters worse, I have a second pending ticket for which I paid Mr. Dinkins another $100. I’m now concerned that the same outcome will occur, and I won’t be eligible for traffic school again—putting my driving record and insurance rates at risk. This experience felt more like a passive handoff than active legal defense. I do not recommend Mr. Dinkins’ services, especially if you're expecting someone to truly advocate for you in court. Save your money and explore your options first.

I called and consulted with Mr. Dinkins in regards to a traffic citation I received, First off, Rowland was very easy to speak with and he spoke with me in laments terms so I could understand what he was explaining, after further discussing the matter with me he told me I had a couple of options and ...it would really be most cost effective in my case to handle on my own (he was more than willing to do it but he saved me some steps and some dollars which I appreciated) If I ever did need to hire an attorney for a traffic issue I would without hesitation, Mr Rowland Dinkins would be my first call, very knowledgeable with Traffic law,gets right to the point and is concise and a very pleasant professional person to speak with.
