Mark Leigh Armstrong

A Southern California native, Mark attended law school at Penn State’s Dickinson School of Law, where he had the opportunity to serve as a student clerk for the Honorable John E. Jones III, at the United States District Court for the Middle District of Pennsylvania.  While at the Dickinson School of Law, Mark also served as the Symposium Editor for the Journal of Law and International Affairs, President of the Environmental Law Society, and President of the International Law Society.

Mark’s practice focuses primarily on personal injury defense litigation, public entity litigation, construction litigation, business litigation, and transactional contracts. Prior to law school, Mark was an account executive in the wholesale lending industry.  Mark is an Eagle Scout and avid outdoorsman who can be found exploring the Sierra Nevadas and coastal ranges in his free time.
