Shockingly negligent and incompetent. All talk; no action. AVOID THIS LAWYER. To have a case be postponed multiple times and thereby delaying proceedings for years due to not filing her paperwork on time is INEXCUSABLE. Even the judge was fed up with her delays! This is your JOB. Ms Larso...n failed to answer and/or return calls, emails, etc. Her paralegal was no better, forgetting to mail documents and then failing to notify the institution of an upcoming hearing. In the end, after having the case for 3 years, and requesting numerous extensions and postponing the hearings one by one,, she failed to actually file the motion so there could be no Resentencing Hearing at all. Definitely not fair representation by any standard - a classic case of "my dog ate my homework!"
